By clicking “Buy Now” (or any other phrase used on the purchase button), entering your payment information, or otherwise completing the Product check-out, you ("Customer") are executing a legally binding agreement. Through rendering initial payment, Customer understands that they will be charged the full amount of either the payment plan or pay-in-full price, whatever Customer selects upon checkout. Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement BREATHWORK FACILITATOR TRAINING Terms and Conditions in their entirety:

Breathwork Facilitator Training:

Online RISKS: The customer agrees that attending Breathwork Facilitator Training (hereinafter referred to as “the event) is entirely at their own risk. Any experience or service are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. The customer acknowledges the following: The customer agrees that the use of all, or part of the service is entirely at the customer own risk. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the customer of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the customer and is neither the responsibility nor liability of event organisers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers, and/or contractors, any any person or organisation associated with them and their activities (under Tim Morrison).The customer understands that any experience, service and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and the customer will not use it in place of any form of therapy. The customer recognises that the group processes on the event require emotional, physical and mental efforts, exertion and behavioural experimentation, on the customers part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional stress. The customer fully acknowledges and takes full responsibility for all risks involved. The customer understands that it is their responsibility to consult with their primary health care provider prior to participating and should the customer choose not to consult their health care provider, the customer accepts full responsibility waiving all rights to liability or any claims against Tim Morrison and any of his agents, administrators or employees. The customer attests to the fact that the customer has, or will prior to arrival, disclose all relevant information regarding their physical, emotional or mental conditions that could cause harm to the participant by participating in this event. The customer, and/or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Tim Morrison for any injury, harm or death caused by either negligence or other acts. The customer has read and understood this form and all its contents, and the customer voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

PAYMENT: The customer agrees that all payments are final. If on a payment plan the customer agrees to pay on time as agreed or will incur a late payment fee. The customer understands that any payments that default will result in their access being revoked from the course until payments are made. The customer understands that if they do not complete their payment plan as previously agreed then their details will be passed onto a collection agency

WORKSHOPS: The customer understands that they have full choice and responsibility over which workshops they wants to experience or not. The customer understands and agrees that they will actively voice if they wish to sit out of any of the experiences at the workshop.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The customer understands that, in order to ensure that all customer feel free to fully express themselves at the event, for customers to feel that their privacy at the event is protected, and to ensure a full and open interchange of ideas amongst customer, there is a STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY at the event. The customer agrees to keep everything shared and experienced within the event closed to all those who did not partake in the event. The customer agrees to share their own personal experience of their own journey at the event but agrees to not disclose the information of others. The customer understands that information will be held as confidential unless the customer states otherwise in writing. If the customer reports child or elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm oneself or someone else, the customer understands necessary actions will be taken and the confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. All customers agrees that all information received is for personal use only until certified, under no circumstance can any practices, exercises, processes, workshops, information be taken to be used for business outside of the event unless consent is given from Tim Morrison. If done so, the customer acknowledges that legal action will be taken and the appropriate fine will be put in place. All practices, exercises, workshops, information is property of Tim Morrison. 

MEDIA RELEASE: The customer understands that this event will be recorded live on Zoom and hereby gives consent to Tim Morrison to use of any video/photo content the participant is in for training, educational, and marketing purposes without further consent within the boundaries of the confidentiality as described earlier. The customer agrees to let Tim Morrison, or any of his facilitators, volunteers or contractors know prior to the event if they wish to not be capture on film.
