5-DAY BREATHWORK RESET PROGRAM WAIVER

Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement Form: 5-Day Breathwork Reset Program

By purchasing this program and choosing to participate in any way in Breathwork, as well as any related events or activities with or under Tim Morrison, the undersigned hereby acknowledges, understands and expressly agrees to the following:

ONLINE RISKS

The participant agrees that attending the 5-Day Breathwork Reset Program (hereinafter referred to as "the event") is entirely at their own risk. Any experience or service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service.

The participant acknowledges the following: Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders, or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.

The participant agrees that the use of all, or part of the service is entirely at the participant's own risk. Any actions or lack of actions taken by the participant of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the participant, and is neither the responsibility nor liability of event organisers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers and/or contractors, or any person or organisation associated with them and their activities (under Tim Morrison).

The participant understands that any experience, service and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and the participant will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

The participant recognises that the group processes on the event require emotional, physical and mental efforts, exertion and behavioural experimentation on the participant's part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional stress. The participant fully acknowledges and takes full responsibility for all risks involved.

The participant understands that it is their responsibility to consult with their primary health care provider prior to participating. Should the participant choose not to consult their health care provider, the participant accepts full responsibility, waiving all rights to liability or any claims against Tim Morrison and any of his agents, administrators or employees.

The participant attests that they have, or will prior to participation, disclose all relevant information regarding their physical, emotional or mental conditions that could cause harm by participating in this event.

The participant, and/or their legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Tim Morrison for any injury, harm or death caused by either negligence or other acts.

The participant has read and understood this form and all its contents, and voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

PAYMENT

The customer agrees that all payments are final. The customer agrees to do a bank transfer for the cost, and any additional fees charged by the customer's bank shall be the responsibility of the customer. If on a payment plan, the customer agrees to pay on time as agreed or will incur a late payment fee. The customer understands that any payments that default will result in their access being revoked from the course until payments are made. The customer understands that if they do not complete their payment plan as previously agreed, their details will be passed onto a collection agency.

WORKSHOPS

The participant understands that they have full choice and responsibility over which workshops they wish to experience or not. The participant understands and agrees that they will actively voice if they wish to sit out of any of the experiences at the workshop.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The participant understands that, in order to ensure all participants feel free to fully express themselves at the event, and to ensure a full and open interchange of ideas, there is a STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY at the event.

The participant agrees to keep everything shared and experienced within the event closed to all those who did not partake in the event. The participant agrees to share only their own personal experience of their journey, and agrees not to disclose the information of others.

The participant understands that information will be held as confidential unless the participant states otherwise in writing. If the participant reports child or elder abuse or neglect, or threatens to harm oneself or someone else, the participant understands that necessary actions will be taken and the confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity.

All participants agree that all information received is for personal use only. Under no circumstance can any practices, exercises, processes, workshops or information be used for business purposes outside of the event unless consent is given in writing from Tim Morrison. If done so, the participant acknowledges that legal action will be taken and an appropriate fine will be imposed. All practices, exercises, workshops and information are the property of Tim Morrison.

MEDIA RELEASE

The participant understands that this event will be recorded live on Zoom and hereby gives consent to Tim Morrison to use any video/photo content the participant appears in for training, educational and marketing purposes, without further consent, within the boundaries of the confidentiality policy described above. The participant agrees to notify Tim Morrison, or any of his facilitators, volunteers or contractors, prior to the event if they do not wish to be captured on film.

By purchasing the product, I acknowledge that if anyone is injured or killed, or if property is damaged during my participation in the activities, I will be found by a court of law to have waived all rights to maintain suit against any of the TIM MORRISON RELEASEES, and/or that I will be found to be fully responsible for all attorney fees and all other costs incurred by TIM MORRISON RELEASEES, and/or that I will be found personally liable for any judgment, award or verdict entered against any of TIM MORRISON RELEASEES.

I understand that there exist known and unknown dangers of serious injury and death associated with the activities, some of which are referenced above. I nevertheless choose to participate in the activities.

I also understand that there are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges for this online course product.
