General Admission Tickets
If you wish to request a refund for a General Admission ticket:
Double Pass Tickets
When you purchase a Double Pass ticket, you receive a discounted rate to attend both events as a bundled package.
Partial Refund (Single Event)
If you wish to request a refund for one of the two events:

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event you wish to cancel.

Your remaining ticket will be repriced at the full single-event rate, and the difference will be deducted from your refund amount.

The face value of the cancelled ticket (after the price adjustment above) will be refunded. Humanitix booking fees are non-refundable.
Full Refund (Both Events)
If you wish to cancel your Double Pass entirely, a full refund of the ticket face value is available if requested at least 7 days before the earlier of the two events. Humanitix booking fees remain non-refundable.
No Refunds Within 7 Days
Refund requests made within 7 days of an event cannot be accommodated, regardless of circumstance.
No Shows
We understand that life happens, however we are unable to hold unused tickets as credit or transfer them to future events in the case of a no show. If you know in advance that you are unable to attend, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible so we can explore your options.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Transfers are the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange. Once a transfer has been organised, you must notify our team of the name change by contacting us at info@tim-morrison.com with your order number and the new attendee's details.
